Watch NASA's Perseverance Rover Land | Video from Mars!

22 Vas 2021
1 135 629 Peržiūros

New video from NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover chronicles major milestones during the final minutes of its entry, descent and landing (EDL) on the Red Planet on Feb. 18 as the spacecraft plummeted, parachuted, and rocketed toward the surface of Mars.
From the moment of parachute inflation, the camera system covers the entirety of the descent process, showing some of the rover’s intense ride to Mars’ Jezero Crater. The footage from high-definition cameras aboard the spacecraft starts 7 miles (11 kilometers) above the surface, showing the supersonic deployment of the most massive parachute ever sent to another world and ends with the rover’s touchdown in the crater.

  • Why is there a video of the landing, but still not a single one from the surface? They say that the quality will be poor from the surface, but then why in the air, when the parachute opens, the quality is at the high level? They hide the truth. Again.

  • Hey NASA, If you see this messsage. I am not an expert, and i am not saying you have tried this solution or not. Its just my opinion. We usually get messages when we turn on our phones. Now basically we receive it once we turn on our phone, but it was sent a week, month or a year ago. Depending on the frequency change or hardware changes. So it might happen that the rovers sent, the spirit and the opportunity, might sent the signals the last time. The date and time might had frozen then and there. So you might look for the messages in the past time. By which means, it could be any date, maybe the same date they lost comms, or any other day.

  • Why don't all nations together join the mission of finding mystery of Mars? I think if this mission will done by the all the nations of earth as whole, it will drastically increase the output and reduce the consumption of available energy on the earth. I think all nations must have made one institution on earth which should work on revealing of unknowns of Mars. When many small wooden comes together and form a wooden sack that wooden sack is tons of times more powerful than a single wooden stick. So, Whole planet Earth as a whole must work on planet Mars. It will save plenty of time and reduce the expenditure and also reduce the chances of failures and will definitely increased the rate of success. Pls. Correct me if am wrong. Thanks for reading ♥️

  • Contemplation for all critical thinkers who see this comment. Why is there no known video footage of uninterrupted launch from ground to orbit from Space X, Nasa or any other space agency worldwide? This is a pertinent question and when analyzing it one has to conclude that something specific is being cloaked for good reason. I propose a challenge to any skeptic of this observation to link proof otherwise.
